Job summary

The Pittsburgh Paints Company (PPC) is seeking a Field Sales Representative to support The Home Depot in Pinellas County. You will cultivate and execute sales plans, selling PPC products to multi-family, facilities, and hospitality sectors, with government as a key end user.

You will manage Pro Managed Accounts, develop organic growth, and acquire new customers, reporting to the Regional Manager. This role is based on a 50-hour week with base pay plus overtime, and requires a valid driver’s

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree preferred.
1 Year of experience can include educational classes and/or internships.
This position is based on a 50-hour work week which includes base salary and overtime.
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Partner with The Home Depot management teams to develop and achieve sales growth plans.
Engage customers throughout The Home Depot store looking to uncover opportunities to introduce PPC products.
Utilize a CRM to increase sales growth of the PRO customers' list of accounts.
Analyze territory sales performance reports and develop strategic territory business plans to support growth.
Identify in-store selling opportunities to create impactful product displays.
Ensure automatic replenishment system (CAR) is supplying product to support rate of sale, and on-hand inventory counts are accurate by performing cycle counts.
Maintain color centers and perform shelf maintenance and resets during Product Line Reviews.
