Job summary

The Pittsburgh Paints Company (PPC) is seeking a Field Sales Representative to support The Home Depot in the El Cerrito, CA area. You will cultivate and execute sales plans to drive PPC products across Home Depot stores and manage PRO accounts within your territory.

You will report to the Regional Manager and work onsite in El Cerrito, CA, with a 45-hour work week including base salary and overtime. Valid driver’s license and authorization to work in the U.S. are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1 year of sales experience or related internships.
• Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Position based on 45-hour work week including base salary and overtime.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop and achieve sales growth plans with Home Depot management teams.
• Engage customers in-store to uncover PPC product opportunities.
• Use a CRM to increase sales growth of PRO accounts.
• Analyze territory sales performance and develop strategic plans.
• Identify in-store opportunities to create displays.
• Ensure CAR replenishment and accurate on-hand counts through cycle counts.
• Maintain color centers and perform shelf resets during Product Line Reviews.
