AT&T is seeking Field Sales Representatives in the Portland, Oregon area. You will meet with customers in their homes, deliver hands-on demos, and provide Wi‑Fi assessments and tech delivery to keep customers connected.

This role offers uncapped commission and a sign-on bonus structure, with top earners reaching six figures depending on performance and geography. You’ll start with paid training, work with warm prospects, and leverage strong negotiation and communication skills to close sales.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales experience
• Proven success in meeting sales targets
• Strong verbal communication and rapport-building
• Upselling techniques to increase customer value
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive company vehicle
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays
• Background check and drug screening required

Responsibilities
