AT&T is seeking Field Sales Representatives to bring customized, white glove experiences directly to customers’ homes across Louisiana. You will meet clients, perform hands-on demos, Wi‑Fi assessments and deliver tailored technology solutions, driving sales in a dynamic field role.

Starting salary ranges from $60,300 to $100,000 with uncapped commission. Training, coaching, and ongoing development support your success as you engage with customers and close deals in various locations.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets.
• Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized sales interactions at scheduled appointments in the field.
• Close deals by offering hands-on demos, Wi‑Fi assessments, tech delivery and issue resolutions.
• Use strong negotiation and communication skills to engage warm prospects and achieve sales targets.
