Sunbelt Rentals is hiring an Outside Sales Representative in Indianapolis. You will drive growth by expanding a portfolio in a high-demand market, using cold-calling and closing skills to win profitable business while building a career path in sales and operations.

You'll join a nationwide leader with comprehensive benefits and a robust commission plan. The role requires a 4-year degree or equivalent sales experience, valid license, and a readiness to work across a dynamic field team.

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree in related field with at least 1 year of related experience OR 3-4 years of related sales experience
• Strong project management, new business development and customer retention skills
• Effective communication and negotiation skills
• Solid computer skills
• Knowledge of ground protection, construction or specialty industrial equipment preferred
• Bilingual (Spanish) may be preferred in some locations
