Rueter’s Equipment is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to grow the Iowa territory, split time between the dealership and the field, and support customers with sales and rentals. You’ll build relationships, manage contracts, and drive revenue while representing top brands.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of proven sales experience.
• Experience in agriculture or construction equipment is a plus.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable with CRM and general computer use.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to juggle multiple priorities.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Grow your territory by prospecting, networking, and cultivating long-term relationships.
• Assist walk-in customers with equipment sales, rentals, and inquiries.
• Manage rental contracts efficiently and accurately.
