Job summary

RFI Solutions is seeking a Sales Professional to build relationships with local business owners, develop long-term partnerships, and present our supplemental benefits designed to protect employees and families.

You’ll meet 25–30 new business owners daily, give 6–10 presentations, plan your day, manage your own pipeline, and participate in weekly training and leadership development. Flexible work-from-home options are available.

Qualifications

• Willingness to obtain state license with assistance
• Reliable transportation for local travel
• Must be at least 18 years old

Responsibilities

• Meet 25–30 new business owners in your community each day and introduce them to our solutions
• Give 6–10 presentations each day to educate business owners about supplemental benefits
• Plan your day in advance to know where you’re going and what you want to accomplish
• Manage your own schedule and sales pipeline
• Stay in touch with prospects, set appointments, and ensure a great client experience
• Join weekly training and development meetings to continue learning and improving
• Build toward leadership within 3–6 months based on performance and consistency
