Job summary

Glass Doctor OSR is seeking a Design Specialist to identify and win new customers across assigned territories, including insurance agencies and fleet managers. You will leverage your sales skills to discuss service benefits and drive growth, using company literature and trade-show participation to close opportunities.

You will maintain records in the Contact Manager, travel for new business, and uphold professional standards while delivering excellent customer service in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma; college degree preferred.
• Five or more years of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and sales experience.
• Computer literacy and ability to use standard applications: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Must be insurable with a valid driver's license and clean driving record to drive a company vehicle.
• Professional appearance and personality.
• Self-motivated, energetic and results oriented.

Responsibilities

• Compile list of prospective customers from internet sites, business directories, and local groups.
• Travel throughout assigned territory to prospect for new business and grow sales with current customers.
• Discuss features and benefits of Glass Doctor's services in detail.
• Utilize Glass Doctor's literature, brochures, or flyers when appropriate.
• Enter all pertinent information in Contact Manager to track prospects and customers.
• Participate in setting up and selling at Trade Shows.
• Promptly respond to email requests to secure opportunities.
• Maintain open lines of communications with ownership/management.
