Glass Doctor is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to handle phone and email inquiries, selling Glass Doctor services with a focus on customer satisfaction. Training, tools, and a process are provided to help you succeed.

Responsibilities

• As an Inside Sales Representative, educate customers and discuss in detail the features and benefits of Glass Doctor’s services. This is a sales role and eligible for performance bonuses.
• Enthusiastically take phone calls from customers calling with glass needs.
• Enter all pertinent customer and job information in our computer system to have a record of your prospects, your existing customers and your activities and progress with all those accounts.
• Promptly respond to email requests to secure the opportunity.
• Maintain open lines of communications with ownership/management. Assist walk-in customers in-shop as needed.
