Job summary

Glass Doctor is hiring a Design Specialist to grow our customer base across the assigned territory. You will prospect for new business, discuss service benefits, and present our solutions with confidence to insurers, property managers, and fleet managers.

This role requires travel within the territory and a professional, energetic sales mindset. Ideal candidates have a minimum of a high school diploma and at least five years of related experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma; college degree preferred.
• Excellent outside sales and customer service skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Professional appearance and reliability in client interactions.
• Must have valid driver's license and insurable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Compile list of prospective customers from internet, directories, local groups.
• Travel throughout assigned territory to prospect for new business.
• Discuss features and benefits of Glass Doctor’s services in detail.
• Utilize company literature, brochures, or flyers when appropriate.
• Enter prospects and activities in Contact Manager for tracking.
• Participate in setting up and selling at trade shows.
• Respond promptly to email requests to secure opportunities.
• Maintain open communication with ownership/management.
