Job summary

Maximum Fasteners is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to grow new business and expand existing accounts in our territory. This is a field sales role for someone who knows the fastener industry, builds lasting customer relationships, and consistently closes deals.

The role requires 3 years of fastener sales experience, strong OEM/MRO sales track record, and the ability to lift 50 lb boxes. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have 3 years of fastener sales experience.
• Proven sales experience to OEM and MRO companies.
• Strong ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to drive sales growth.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building relationships with clients.
• Demonstrated success in outside sales, including prospecting, cold calling, and closing deals.
• Proficiency in using Salesforce or other CRM tools for managing leads and tracking sales activities.
• Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and agreements.
• Must be able to lift 50 lb boxes or more.
• Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are a plus.
