Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supports Outside Sales with customer orders.
• Determines merchandise needs using catalogs and references.
• Uses Eclipse for pricing and order entry.
• Estimates delivery dates based on schedules.
• Resolves order problems and customer inquiries promptly.
• Describes products using samples or catalogs and highlights features and benefits.
• Promotes branch and company promotions as directed.
