Crawford Electric Supply, part of the Sonepar family, is seeking a dependable RDC/Branch Associate to join our distribution team. You will use pricing tools, enter orders, assist customers, and help manage inventory in a fast-paced setting.

This role supports contractors and other customers while upholding high service standards. The position requires basic math, good communication, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds; our benefits package supports growth within a nationwide electrical

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Six months or more of related experience.
• Basic electrical product knowledge.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Determines type of merchandise by familiarizing with products and catalogs.
• Uses Eclipse program for pricing structure and order entry.
• Prepares cash or charge tickets with required IDs and info.
• Estimates delivery dates based on company schedule.
• Loads customer materials as needed.
• Handles customer and coworker issues diplomatically; seeks management help when needed.
• Resolves order problems and customer complaints promptly.
• Describes products using samples or catalogs; promotes promotions as directed.
