Responsibilities

• Field sales generation: prospect new leads via direct outreach, cold calling, networking, and on-site visits within territory.
• New business development: identify, pursue, and close opportunities by presenting tailored waste management solutions.
• Account management: maintain strong relationships with existing clients and address service issues.
• Site visits & consultations: regularly visit client locations for assessments and tailor solutions.
• CRM & pipeline management: track interactions, manage sales pipeline, and forecast outcomes.
• Collaboration: work with operations and customer service to exceed client expectations.
