Job summary

Patriot Disposal Services is seeking a driven Construction Roll-Off Sales Representative to cultivate new business and expand our roll-off capacity within the designated territory. The role focuses on prospecting, field visits, and building durable relationships with contractors and decision-makers to convert opportunities into lasting customers.

You will balance aggressive new business development with pricing discipline while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of outside B2B sales experience preferred.
• Construction, waste/recycling, equipment rental, building materials, environmental services, logistics or similar field-sales experience is highly desirable.
• Experience selling directly to contractors, project managers, superintendents or construction companies is strongly preferred.
• Roll-off or waste industry experience is beneficial but not required for the right person.

Responsibilities

• Develop new roll-off business within the assigned sales territory.
• Prospect for new construction, demolition, renovation and redevelopment opportunities.
• Conduct regular jobsite visits and identify active, mobilizing or bidding projects.
• Build relationships with general contractors, site contractors, demolition contractors and other decision-makers.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline of short-, medium- and long-term opportunities.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of prospects, activities and status.
• Participate in pipeline reviews and sales strategy discussions.
