RK Hall is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to cover the Permian Basin from Midland, TX. You will drive revenue generation, manage leads, and grow current customer relationships while upholding safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include preparing proposals, pricing, contracts, and ensuring timely deliveries; tracking opportunities; collaborating with the Sales Manager; and promoting company products like Quikrete Heavy Construction Materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
• Sales experience in ready-mix or construction preferred.
• Technical knowledge and certifications: MS Office.
• Construction sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain client relationships within the Permian Basin.
• Prepare presentations, proposals, and sales contracts.
• Track opportunities and provide forecasts.
• Price projects and negotiate terms; ensure timely deliveries.
• Promote safety policies and compliance on worksites.
