Job summary

CSS is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in Indianapolis to develop new prospects and manage assigned customers, focusing on face-to-face selling to grow revenue and margins.

You will engage with all levels of customer organizations, deliver presentations and proposals, and travel up to 75% to meet revenue targets. This role includes base salary with commission based on performance.

Qualifications

• Outside sales experience required; travel up to 50–75%.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s preferred.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to develop and deliver presentations.

Responsibilities

• Develop new prospects and manage assigned customers.
• Create and deliver sales bids, presentations, proposals, and demos.
• Travel to client sites; conduct joint sales calls with suppliers.
• Maintain customer relationships and post-sale satisfaction.
• Utilize sales tools for planning and documenting opportunities.
• Provide quotations with support team.
