Job summary

CSS is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in Dallas, TX. The role centers on face-to-face selling, account management, and expanding key customer relationships across technical, operations, supply chain, and executive levels.

Qualifications

• Requires valid driver''s license and ability to travel 50%–75%
• Experience in outside sales preferred
• Ability to develop and deliver presentations
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Comfortable with face-to-face selling and account management
• Experience with prospecting, cold calling, and lead development
• CRM proficiency and relationship management abilities

Responsibilities

• Develop new prospects and interact with assigned customers to increase sales and margin
• Engage with all levels of customers'' organizations including technical, operations, supply chain and executive management
• Develop and deliver sales bids, presentations, proposals and demonstrations
• Assess customer needs and suggest products, services and solutions
• Execute and expand assigned account plans with management
• Provide quotations directly or with sales support
• Maintain communication with customers and manage post-sale satisfaction
• Travel to current and potential clients and suppliers
• Utilize sales management tools for planning and documenting opportunities
• Develop product knowledge through supplier training
