Job summary

CSS is seeking a Senior Representative - Outside Sales in Denver, CO to develop new prospects and manage assigned accounts. The role focuses on face-to-face selling, understanding customer needs, and driving sales and margin for our products and services.

You will engage with multiple levels of customer organizations, present solutions, and work to maintain satisfaction while growing territory and utilizing supplier training to stay informed on offerings.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record.
• High School diploma required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, Engineering or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years outside sales experience required.
• Ability to travel 50%–75%.

Responsibilities

• Qualify accounts by market potential and forecast territory sales.
• Execute and expand account plans with management.
• Prospect new customers via cold calling and referrals.
• Present products and services to meet customer needs.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and manage post-sale issues.
• Develop supplier plans to drive growth and retention.
• Provide quotations with sales support.
• Mentor sales team and share product knowledge.
