Job summary

CSS is seeking a Senior Representative - Outside Sales to drive new prospects and manage assigned customers to increase sales and margin of our products and services. You will engage with all levels of the customer organization and may develop bids, presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to meet revenue goals.

Responsibilities include qualifying accounts, executing account plans, traveling up to 75% and delivering compelling presentations.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years outside sales experience required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Marketing, Sales, Business, Engineering or related field.
• Must have valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to travel 50% - 75%.
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
• Ability to develop and deliver presentations.

Responsibilities

• Qualify accounts by determining market potential and provide periodic territory sales forecasts.
• Execute and expand assigned customer account plan(s) with management.
• Execute on billing margin initiatives through value-added services and supplier engagement.
• Prospect potential customers, including cold calling and referrals.
• Communicate with customers to understand needs and suggest products/services.
• Demonstrate products or services based on customer needs.
• Maintain communication with customers and ensure post-sale satisfaction.
