Job summary

CSS is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to develop new prospects and manage assigned accounts, driving revenue and margin through face-to-face selling and effective account management.

You will engage with all levels of customer organizations, deliver presentations, proposals and product demonstrations, and travel as required to meet clients. Commission opportunities are included based on performance.

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Two years of outside sales experience preferred.
• Ability to travel 50%–75% of the time.
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer needs and suggest products or solutions.
• Execute and expand account plans with management.
• Prospect new customers via cold calls and referrals.
• Deliver product demonstrations and proposals.
• Maintain customer relationships and manage post-sale issues.
