Job summary

CSS is seeking an energetic Outside Sales Representative to drive new business and manage assigned accounts. You will focus on face-to-face selling, deliver compelling proposals and product demonstrations, and work with management to expand regional account plans.

You will travel to client sites, present solutions, and maintain strong relationships to secure ongoing revenue. A valid driver’s license and 50%–75% travel are required, with commission opportunities tied to performance.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License with a satisfactory driving record
• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
• Two years of industry experience preferred
• Ability to travel 50% - 75% of the time
• Outside sales experience required

Responsibilities

• Develop new prospects and interact with assigned customers to increase sales and margin
• Execute and expand account plans with management
• Deliver product demonstrations and sales proposals
• Prospect potential customers including cold calling
• Manage customer relationships and post-sale support
• Provide quotations with sales support
• Travel to customer sites and warehouses as needed
