Job summary

Lansing Building Products, LLC seeks an Outside Sales Representative to expand our contractor, remodeler, and builder network in the assigned Florida territory. You will prospect new business, meet clients, educate on products, and manage relationships to drive growth.

Responsibilities include daily prospecting, in-person meetings, using Salesforce to track activity, and reporting results. A competitive base plus uncapped commission is offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in territory management, B2B outside sales.
• Experience with CRM software to manage and track sales activity.
• Familiarity with Building Materials, Construction, or Wholesale Territory Sales.
• College degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• New Business Development: Identify and prospect clients within your assigned territory and develop & manage leads, through 8 – 10 daily sales appointments.
• Customer Meetings: Meet face to face and educate contractors, remodelers, & builders on our products/services, demonstrating the value and benefits for their organization.
• Relationship Building: Establish and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and proactively offering solutions
• Sales Reporting: Utilize Salesforce to track and report on sales activities.
