Anheuser-Busch is seeking a Sales Representative to own and grow a U.S. retail route across multiple accounts. You will engage retailers with the portfolio, manage shelves, displays, and POS materials, and support new product launches to boost market share. The role blends field ownership with teamwork to expand the brand footprint nationwide.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age and have a valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
• Able and willing to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
• 1+ years of warehouse, delivery, sales, or merchandising experience preferred.
• Strong selling and negotiation skills.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to grow and lead customer relationships.

Responsabilités

• Fulfill pre-established objectives set by the District Sales Manager and implement Company programs at retail level.
• Visit assigned retail accounts and utilize company portfolio to sell volume, increase distribution, monitor price, and manage shelf space.
• Cover sales routes of Sales Representatives that are out on vacation, leave, etc.
• Build business relationships and present professional sales presentations using sales data and sell sheets.
• Increase shelf space and position for Anheuser-Busch products; introduce new brands and packages when appropriate.
• Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales.
• Work with the credit department to resolve credit issues including collecting past due balances.
• Attend sales meetings to discuss issues and opportunities to improve sales efforts.
