Job summary

Asurion is seeking a Field Sales & Operations Supervisor to oversee the Delivery Expert Setup Operation and to motivate and coach a team of remote Technicians across the United States. The role focuses on customer service excellence, product knowledge, and consistent execution of tasks.

The Supervisor will use data to improve sales and operational performance, resolve inquiries, and ensure adherence to policies while traveling to reporting locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or associate degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1+ year supervisory experience with ability to motivate and coach employees.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the Delivery Expert Setup Operation.
• Motivate, develop, and guide remote Technicians across the U.S. to ensure outstanding customer service and effective task completion.
• Drive sales, operational and customer service metrics by holding experts accountable and providing feedback.
• Use data to develop action plans to improve sales and operational performance.
• Resolve client and internal questions and communicate solutions and best practices.
