The Wonderful Company’s Wonderful Sales team in Grand Junction, CO is seeking a Field Sales Merchandiser to expand brand presence and drive in-store placements across a 100+ mile territory. This full-time role starts early each morning, with a company car and gas card provided as part of the benefits package.

You will develop retailer relationships, optimize product placement, and ensure on-shelf execution across multiple brands, with travel up to 3–4 times per year and ongoing field support

Qualifikationen

• Proven retail sales success promoting grocery store products and building partnerships with store/managers.
• Ability to persuade store staff to display and purchase against competition.
• Experience in managing a large store territory and daily drive time.
• Strong selling, negotiation, and partnership-building skills.
• Detail-oriented, goal-minded, and able to solve problems independently.
• Excellent interpersonal and time management skills for field work.
• Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain 60+ grocery retail relationships within an assigned 100+ mile range.
• Determine best shelf location for Wonderful brands by building and moving displays.
• Rotate and stock all company products on grocery store calls.
• Maintain schematic integrity during re-merchandising for remodels and openings.
• Build relationships with retailer personnel to enable account penetration.
• Sell and maintain retail distribution of all headquarters products across stores in territory.
• Record data gathering objectives using company handheld devices.
• Execute and monitor marketing initiatives, POS, and coupon programs.
• Provide daily chain-specific information and communication.
