Job summary

The Wonderful Company is seeking a Field Sales Merchandiser for the Birmingham, AL territory to promote Wonderful Pistachios, POM Wonderful, Halos Citrus and other brands. This full-time role supports grocery retailers by optimizing shelf presence, stocking displays, and executing promotions with precision.

Proven retail sales success promoting grocery store products.
Ability to form partnerships with store managers and produce staff.
Strong time-management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain 60+ grocery retail relationships within an assigned 100+ mile range territory.
Determine best in-store display locations for Wonderful brand products.
Rotate and stock all company products on each grocery call and maintain schematic integrity.
Build retailer relationships to facilitate account penetration and distribution.
Record data using company handheld devices and support marketing initiatives.
