Safe Haven Security is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a local Outside Sales team in a hybrid role. You will interview, hire, train and coach reps, assign leads, and monitor performance while guiding the group toward meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years Outside Sales experience, supervisory preferred.
• Ability to travel within assigned territories using a personal vehicle.
• Comfort working with laptops/tablets and other sales tools.

Responsibilities

• Interview and hire Outside Sales Representatives.
• Assign and manage leads; track and audit sales.
• Conduct training, 1:1 coaching and team huddles.
• Support the team to reduce attrition and maximize results.
• Maintain daily office and field hours (10:00–14:00 in office; 14:30–20:30 in field).
