Safe Haven Security Services, LLC. is looking for an experienced Sales Manager in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin. In this role, you will manage the daily activities of a local Outside Sales team, with a strong emphasis on coaching and motivating your team to achieve sales excellence.

Previous management experience is preferred; however, commitment and the right attitude are highly valued. The position offers benefits such as paid training, performance bonuses, and the potential for high earnings based on uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Outside Sales experience, supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to work efficiently with technical devices including laptops, tablets, and other similar tools.
• Innate ability to lead and motivate others.
• Ability to travel within assigned territories using a reliable personal vehicle.

Responsabilités

• Interview and hire Outside Sales Representatives; manage leads and sales.
• Conduct training, coaching, and facilitate team huddles.
• Maintain personal sales requirements and motivate the team.
• Perform other duties as requested by Regional Sales Management.
