Qualifications

• 3+ years of Outside Sales experience, supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to work efficiently with technical devices including laptops, tablets, and other similar tools.
• Innate ability to lead and motivate others.
• Ability to travel within assigned territories using a reliable personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Interview and hire Outside Sales Representatives; manage leads and sales.
• Conduct training, coaching, and facilitate team huddles.
• Maintain personal sales requirements and motivate the team.
• Perform other duties as requested by Regional Sales Management.
