Job summary

Victra, Verizon’s largest premium retailer in the United States, is seeking a Field Sales Manager to oversee Exclusive Retail sub-agent partners and store staff across the Miami or Newark area. You will lead sales initiatives, coach teams, and drive revenue growth through strategic programs and promotions.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to travel up to 75% with occasional evenings or weekends.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Field Sales Manager or similar leadership role.
• Telecommunications dealer/sub-agent channel experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% and work evenings/weekends.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; associates acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Primary point-of-contact for Exclusive Retail sub-agent partners.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet quotas.
• Visit stores to monitor performance and provide feedback and coaching.
• Drive adoption of promotions and initiatives to increase revenue.
• Prepare sales forecasts and reports for leadership.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and vendors to ensure seamless customer experience.
• Stay current on industry trends and product knowledge.
