The primary responsibility of the Manager, Field Sales position is to coach, lead, manage, develop, and train their teams to maximize retail value using the general manager mindset. They are responsible for ensuring the achievement of NIM sales, trade, share, and distribution objectives to drive HPT, Client Satisfaction, and develop future talent for the OpCos. Acts as the account point person responsible for key sales survey, distribution, and display information at store level (where applicable).

Conduct work with teams to provide coaching and observe individuals in market execution.
Lead People Development and Performance processes for each direct report.
Deliver results while adhering to Nestlé SHE compliance expectations.
