The primary responsibility of the Manager, Field Sales position is to coach, lead, manage, develop and train their teams to maximize the value of retail using the general manager mindset. They are responsible for ensuring the achievement of NIM sales, trade, share and distribution objectives to drive HPT, Client Satisfaction, and develop future talent for the OpCos. Acts as the account point person responsible for key sales survey, distribution and display information at store level (where applicable).

Conduct work with team members to provide coaching and observe individuals in market execution.
Lead People Development and Performance process for each direct report.
Deliver results while adhering to Nestlé SHE compliance expectations.
