Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing sales role in a medical, healthcare, or technical field.
• 1+ year of leadership experience in a role such as training, mentoring, or champion role.
• Valid driver's license; clean MVR in last 36 months.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of Screening Solutions Specialists across the geography.
• Promote Abbott Cancer Diagnostics products to physicians, IDNs, clinics, and other providers.
• Manage area sales targets and report progress to management.
• Ensure compliance with Quality, Regulatory, and Company policies.
• Develop relationships with key thought leaders and decision makers.
• Forecast and achieve quarterly and annual sales goals.
