National Safety Apparel, founded in Cleveland, OH, seeks a Field Sales Manager to drive growth across MI, OH, KY, and WV. You will build strong relationships with distributor customers and end users, train partners, and implement a strategic sales plan to expand NSA’s market share.

The role requires 3+ years in sales, a Bachelor’s in Business/Marketing, CRM proficiency, and excellent negotiation and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred; experience considered
• 3+ years of sales experience preferred
• Proven success as an Account Manager or Field Sales Manager
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a sales strategy for end users within a designated territory
• Build and maintain strong positive relationships with NSA’s direct customers, providing training and motivation
• Collaborate with Director of Strategic Accounts to increase market share with major distributor customers
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and streamline sales processes
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts, while staying aware of new products and competitive dynamics
• Frequent travel is required
