ScottsMiracle-Gro is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a field sales team in developing relationships with major home center partners like The Home Depot and Lowe's. The role focuses on growing in-store presence, coordinating marketing plans, managing a budget, and supervising Merchandisers to execute merchandising standards.

You will drive strategic selling, analyze metrics, and develop plans with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in retail, merchandising, or account management.
• Strong delegation skills and ability to work independently.
• Experience with sales forecasting tools is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage and direct the work of Merchandisers including planning, scheduling and delegating work assignments.
• Utilize strategic selling tactics by analyzing and presenting key metrics to educate partners.
• Develop retail sales/marketing plans and events.
• Recruit, interview and hire to build out the Merchandiser team while managing budget.
• Provide product knowledge training across Scotts brands.
• Assist retailers in proper merchandising and usage of point-of-purchase materials.
