Job summary

DP Professionals (DPP) is seeking a Territory Sales Manager in New Jersey to optimize sales performance across a defined territory within the elevator manufacturing and installation sector. You will meet residential contractors, builders, and homeowners, present product offerings, and nurture relationships on-site.

The role requires 3–5 years of sales experience in construction or related fields, with a proven outside sales track record and strong prospecting skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in construction or specialty building products.
• Outside sales track record in construction/manufacturing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Visit existing customers to identify prospects and present product offerings.
• Identify and qualify prospective customers through research, networking, and cold calling.
• Project-manage job sites to ensure specifications and code compliance.
• Maintain customer records and prepare sales/marketing reports.
