You will coach reps, refine sales processes, and ensure quarterly quota attainment while building a high-performance culture.

The role emphasizes field presence, strategic planning, and collaboration with leadership to deliver tangible revenue growth across the Canon Workplace Solutions portfolio.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of sales or sales management experience with a track record of meeting targets
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience required
• Demonstrated capability in meeting operational objectives and mobilizing local resources
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to interact with peer managers and executives
• Experience in interviewing, hiring, and mentoring team members

Responsibilities

• Coaching field sales reps in customer appointments and in-field strategy
• Drive 100% territory quota attainment through pipeline reviews and resource mobilization
• Establish a repeatable sales process with monthly plans and formal evaluations
• Bridge leadership and field with disciplined sales processes and hands-on mentorship
• Recruit, develop, and evaluate sales reps and provide ongoing training on product portfolio
