Job summary

Canon USA's Workplace Technologies Division is seeking a high-performing Sales Manager to drive market growth in Denver, Phoenix, and Las Vegas. You will lead a field-based team, coaching reps, refining sales processes, and consistently exceeding revenue goals.

You will oversee adoption of our business systems and software solutions, guiding clients from paper workflows to secure digital platforms while meeting quotas and developing top talent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Experience in leading field-based sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Field Coaching & Ride Days: accompany reps on customer appointments to model techniques and coach in real time.
• Quota Achievement: assume bottom-line responsibility for territory/account quota via pipeline reviews and resources.
• Process-Driven Sales Management: establish a repeatable sales process with monthly plans, reviews, and formal evaluations.
• Stewardship & Team Guidance: translate corporate objectives into daily market execution and manage assets responsibly.
• Team Development & Recruitment: hire, train, and mentor sales reps to maintain product/proof knowledge.
• Operational & Asset Management: oversee daily sales activities and manage assets and deadlines.
