Job summary

CastleWorks Water Heaters is seeking a Field Sales Manager to lead a team of technicians who install and sell water heaters in the Santa Clarita area. This field-based role emphasizes coaching, ride-alongs, and real-time feedback to ensure a consistent sales process and exceptional customer experience.

You will drive revenue performance, improve close rates and average ticket, and develop team capabilities with annual targets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading field-based technicians and sellers.
• Experience in home services or in-home sales preferred.
• Experience managing or coaching field-based teams.
• Strong sales coaching ability.
• Results-driven and accountable.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, field-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Spend the majority of time in the field with Water Heater technicians.
• Conduct ride-alongs to observe, coach, and develop selling skills.
• Provide real-time feedback on sales calls, presentations, and closing techniques.
• Reinforce consistent use of the company’s sales process and tools.
• Drive team performance to meet or exceed monthly revenue targets.
• Improve close rate, average ticket, and add-on sales.
• Lead and develop a team of technicians who sell and install.
• Hold team accountable to sales expectations and customer experience standards.
• Identify skill gaps and implement coaching plans.
• Ensure all opportunities are documented in ServiceTitan.
