CastleWorks Water Heaters is seeking a Field Sales Manager to lead a team of technicians who install and sell water heaters in the Santa Clarita area. This field-based role emphasizes coaching, ride-alongs, and real-time feedback to ensure a consistent sales process and exceptional customer experience.

You will drive revenue performance, improve close rates and average ticket, and develop team capabilities with annual targets.

Position Summary

The Field Sales Manager – Water Heaters is a hands-on, field-based leadership role responsible for driving revenue performance, close rates, and sales execution across a team of Water Heater technicians who both install and sell. This leader operates directly in the field—coaching, developing, and holding the team accountable to a consistent sales process, while ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This is not a desk role; success in this position is built through ride-alongs, real-time coaching, and active leadership in the field. The Field Sales Manager plays a critical role in improving conversion rates, average ticket, and overall revenue, while reinforcing a high-performance, customer-focused culture.

Compensation

• Base salary plus Performance Bonus
• Bonus is tied to team revenue performance and achievement of monthly budgeted targets

Field Leadership & Coaching
