Job summary

Cleft of the Rock is seeking an Outside Sales Representative & Trainer to build relationships with local business owners and individuals, presenting supplemental insurance solutions and mentoring teammates in a field-based role.

You will conduct group and one-on-one sessions, train new staff, and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction. Licensing in Health & Life is encouraged with reimbursed support.

• Follow up with clients regularly to ensure satisfaction and continued support.
• Work closely with your manager to set goals and grow your impact in the field.
