• Strong relationship-building and mentoring skills are essential.
• Service-minded and capable of educating others while selling insurance solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with business owners, managers, and employees.
• Present supplemental insurance solutions aligned with client needs.
• Conduct group presentations and one-on-one consultations.
• Train and support new team members to build confidence and success.
• Follow up with clients regularly to ensure satisfaction and ongoing support.
• Collaborate with manager to set goals and expand impact in the field.
