Cleft of the Rock, Inc. is seeking an Outside Sales Representative & Trainer to build relationships with business owners and individuals while delivering tailored supplemental insurance solutions. You will also train and mentor teammates, enabling growth and success in a quota-driven role.

The role emphasizes serving others, meeting clients in person, and driving outcomes through a mix of group talks and personal consultations. Licensing support is provided.

Qualifications

• Must have compassionate, service-minded attitude.
• Strong ability to build relationships with business owners and clients.
• Licensed in Health & Life or willing to obtain license (licensing assistance provided).

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with business owners, managers, and employees.
• Present supplemental insurance solutions that align with client needs.
• Conduct group presentations and one-on-one consultations.
• Train and support new team members, helping them build confidence and success.
• Follow up with clients regularly to ensure satisfaction and continued support.
• Work closely with your manager to set goals and grow your impact in the field.
