Job summary

ADP is hiring a Sales Executive to lead a field-based team selling payroll, tax, HR and benefits to new and existing clients. You will recruit, train, and coach sales associates, guiding your team to hit sales goals through collaboration with clients, partners and internal support.

You'll spend time in the field, represent ADP at events, stay current on product technology, and pursue advancement opportunities with competitive pay, bonuses and benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of business-to-business sales or sales management experience with an impressive track record of closing sales, winning clients, and managing a territory.
• Excellent presentation skills and ability to interact with clients
• Relationship builder who can motivate people and deliver performance coaching
• Strong planning and multitasking abilities to implement sales strategies

Responsibilities

• Grow our business while growing your team in the assigned geography to close sales and reach goals.
• Lead your team with direction, motivation, and support; ensure Salesforce usage and audit procedures for compliance.
• Recruit, hire, and train sales associates; interview, identify, and develop career paths for team members.
• Represent ADP to customers, prospects, and the public through field presence, trade shows, demos, and seminars.
