Job summary

Mondelēz International in Alabama seeks a Retail Territory Manager to lead Direct Store Delivery execution and energize in-store success across Huntsville, Hazel Green, Madison, Meridianville, and Harvest. You will drive relationships with store personnel and execute sales plans to maximize shelf impact.

You will manage a team of Merchandisers, deliver targets, and deploy data-driven strategies while ensuring compliant and safe operations aligned with HQ programs.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of selling experience with strong sales background.
• Ability to perform physical activities and drive results.
• Valid driver's license and clean MVR check.

Responsibilities

• Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets by unlocking growth across accounts.
• Lead a team of Merchandisers from hiring to performance development.
• Ensure flawless rollout of sales priorities and merchandising programs.
• Provide on-site sales consultation to customers and secure opportunities.
• Plan data-driven strategies based on store demographics and needs.
• Cultivate partnerships with store personnel to deliver service.
• Optimize resources by deploying merchandisers and writers.
• Oversee product ordering, display execution, and unsaleables management.
