The ideal candidate has 3+ years in sales/marketing with leadership experience, a strong grasp of rural broadband dynamics, and a track record of achieving targets. Some overnights are expected as part of the role.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing or Communications preferred.
• 3+ years of sales and marketing experience required.
• 2+ years of progressive leadership/management experience preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting organizational goals.
• Strong understanding of the rural broadband market and its challenges and opportunities.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to travel up to 60% of the time with some overnights.

Responsabilidades

• Develops and executes a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy to achieve aggressive growth targets.
• Hires, Trains, and Leads team of high-performing sales professionals within the footprint.
• Creates and implements effective marketing campaigns to build brand awareness and generate leads.
• Analyzes and reports on sales and marketing performance metrics.
• Stays current on industry trends and develops innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
• Develops and implements a comprehensive up-sell marketing plan to increase product penetration and maximize revenue.
• Maintains local competitive database to keep the market informed of all competitive products, packages, and promotions.
• Plans and attends sales and marketing events to promote, activate and sell our products.
• Provides sales support and training for sales professionals as required.
• Other duties as assigned.
