Job summary

Truvista Fiber is seeking a highly motivated Manager to lead door-to-door fiber internet sales teams across South Carolina. This field-based role focuses on recruiting, training, supervising, and driving performance to expand the customer base in designated territories.

The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years in sales with leadership experience, a proven track record of meeting targets, strong interpersonal skills, and willingness to travel throughout SC & GA. Valid driver’s license required.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in telecommunications or fiber internet.
• 2+ years of leadership experience in a field sales environment.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and motivational skills.
• Willingness to travel throughout SC & GA markets.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, coach, and manage a team of door-to-door sales representatives across SC & GA.
• Develop and implement strategies to meet regional sales targets.
• Monitor team metrics, provide feedback and accountability.
• Work hands-on in the field to support reps and close sales.
• Assign territories, optimize coverage, and identify high-opportunity neighborhoods.
• Conduct onboarding and ongoing development to maintain performance.
• Track and report KPIs, customer feedback, and team progress to leadership.
• Ensure a positive customer experience and handle escalations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local laws.
