Job summary

Swyft Fiber is seeking a Community Outreach Sales Representative to drive in-person sales of broadband services to new and existing customers. You will identify needs, demonstrate solutions, and nurture ongoing relationships to expand our footprint in the field.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, independent work ethic, and the ability to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends as needed, to meet sales targets.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of related experience required.
• Knowledge of broadband technology a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours which could include evenings and weekends.
• Must be able to travel.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Individuals must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record meeting the company and insurance policy conditions.

Responsibilities

• Sell products and services to current and new clients in a face-to-face environment.
• Engage with potential subscribers to promote and sell broadband internet services.
• Identify and understand customer needs; suggest suitable products and services.
• Demonstrate product functions and value based on customer needs.
• Maintain customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolve post-sale issues.
