Jobgether SRL is seeking a Field Manager, Retail Sales & Execution to lead a team of about 10 field sales specialists across the Chicago market. The role requires hands-on field coaching, store visits, and ensuring in-store execution and merchandising standards.

You will translate regional priorities into store-level plans, monitor performance via data, and collaborate with distributors to optimize distribution and shelf presence. Travel and driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in field sales leadership or equivalent.
• 2+ years leading people in distributed field teams.
• Experience in retail sales, field execution, DSD, merchandising, grocery, beverage, dairy, or CPG.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of ~10 field sales specialists across a Chicago-focused retail territory.
• Spend at least three days per week in the field coaching and developing the team.
• Ensure consistent merchandising standards, product placement, displays and POS materials across stores.
