Job summary

Green House is seeking a Senior Program Manager, Retail Sales to lead field sales across assigned territories. You will drive growth, shape market strategy, and develop talent, serving as a senior coach and strategic partner to distributors and clients.

The role emphasizes human capital management (65%) and in-field support (35%), requiring strong leadership, planning, and execution with regional impact. Expect a dynamic, hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field required.
• 9+ years of field sales with budget accountability and coaching/upskilling teams.
• Strong team management, coaching, analytical and critical thinking with track record of growth.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills; ability to influence stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems (e.g., Repsly), and social media tools; strong reporting.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends; travel up to 35%.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to improve field programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead hiring, onboarding, training, KPI goal setting, budget planning, and performance oversight across field teams and territories.
• Track performance and evaluations; adjust KPIs quarterly with leadership.
• Coach Program Managers and Client Integration Leads to grow capabilities.
• Ensure compliance with standards across contracts and field communications.
• Identify opportunities to enhance field programs and drive market growth.
• Develop and share channel reports weekly, monthly, and quarterly.
• Collaborate with Finance to monitor budgets and resource alignment.
• Provide on-ground support and coordination with distributor partners.
